Correspondence, Charlie Lundy to David Babbitt, July 23, 1884 United States Land Office Tuscon Arizona July 23rd 1884 My Dear Dave I am just in receipt of your letter from Leadville and assure you I am more than pleased with its contents as from last advices from Geo I feared you has already selected location had such been case I could only have sent regrets. All that said in letter to Geo. and in letter to you at Buffalo and to Leadville (o/c of Mining Co.) yesterday I wish to re- peat with emphasis. This is be- yond all [ ? ] the cattle country of the world. My friend Wm Cameron after visiting every state and territory bears me out by having invested his all here.
