Description
BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY : Although there does not appear to be a log or diary for this particular trip , in a 1997 interview that was conducted for the Glen Canyon book project , Tad did make several references to the 1964 trip with the Porters . He remarked that 'As the lake came up , it loosened the foundations of many of these rocks , and they fell into the lake , so you had pieces of cliff falling off every once in a while. ' He also mentioned the beauty of the seeps in the canyon : 'Patterns on canyon walls , seeps.. . black is wet-- white is dry . I love seeps. '
